Co-Creating Through Our Grief
Are you feeling heavy, distracted, or uncertain about your next steps as a someone who values showing up and supporting others?
Do you feel disconnected from deeper sources of wisdom and guidance during this time of immense global change?
Are you struggling with grief, confusion, fear or rage about what’s happening in the world, unsure how to transform these emotions into meaningful action?
Do you long for more inspiration, creativity, and connection to navigate both personal and collective transformation?

As empaths and caregivers, we often offer solace to others as they navigate the ever-changing landscapes of their lives.
But what about our needs for connection?
How do we nurture our own pain, our own growth, our own longings? How do we hold our own grief when we are so accustomed to holding others’?
If your answer, like so many of ours, is that you’ve often had to go it alone—I hear you. I’ve been there, too.
But what if it’s time to shift that story?
What if, even though aloneness has been a lifelong companion, it is ready to change?
I believe we are being called to witness, acknowledge, and heal this cultural wound of isolation—this separation from our own inherent resources and the collective support that is always available.
I invite you to release the story of being alone and step into a circle of fellow empaths and caregivers. Together, we will honor what is changing. We will honor our grief. And we will honor our gifts and creativity in the spirit of gratitude, generosity, abundance and reciprocity with all of life.
On this journey, I will be your guide and your fellow traveler. . .
Why This Workshop?
We all love, we all lose, and change is the only constant. Yet, in an individualistic society, many of us have lost the ancestral practices that once guided us through life’s transitions. This has left a deep yearning for connection, belonging, and wisdom—something we can still reclaim.
The grief we carry is not just personal; it is cultural, ancestral, and collective. It stems from historical trauma, societal disconnection, and the losses we continue to experience. But grief, when honored, can be a powerful source of transformation and creativity.
Grief as a Creative Force
Grief is not something to fix or move past—it is something to be with, to learn from, and to create with. When we allow ourselves to grieve, we are healing not just for ourselves, but for our ancestors, descendants, and the collective.
Through this process, we can release the shame and guilt often tied to our cultural wounds and instead, open ourselves to the ancestral wisdom that is still available to us. When we feel supported, we return to our bodies. When we return to our bodies, we grieve. And when we grieve, we connect and can create with all of life.
What You Will Receive
As empaths and caregivers, we often hold space for others in their grief. But who holds space for us? This workshop will offer you a framework for honoring grief—your own and others’—as a multilayered experience of emotions, sensations, and stories embedded in constantly evolving relationships.
Through embodied practices, creative inquiry, and co-creation, we will explore:
- The sacred opportunities that grief presents
- The yearnings and creative gifts emerging from our grief
- How we are being called to co-create from our grief
This journey is not about a one-size-fits-all process. It is an invitation to collaborate—with our well ancestors, the land, our bodies, and each other—to shape the future we long for, one creation at a time.

Here’s what others are saying:
There are moments in our lives that we get handed such a heavy blow that it takes our breath away. For me, coming back to my breath and my body was very scary. Several months before I met Hilary my family and I lost our home to a house fire and I was utterly devastated. The pain and grief I was holding in my body was unlike anything I had ever experienced. It had been months and the pain/grief felt like it would never heal.
As a licensed therapist myself, I had all of the tools and support a family could need but I couldn’t quite shake the grief and trauma my body was holding. I felt incredibly vulnerable to expose my grief, my pain and my challenges. As a professional in the community, I was really scared to put myself out there but I knew I had to do something to start healing these broken parts of myself.
Our first class was met with a huge sigh of relief as I connected with other professionals in the community; who were there to heal too! Together we walked (sometimes felt like crawling) through all the feelings. Hilary guided us through meditations and body movement exercises that truly took me from a place of feeling lost, confused and alone to a place of feeling grounded, centered and empowered. I can’t say enough about this dear spiritual healer. Hilary is truly gifted in her practice. I highly recommend anyone who has tried all the traditional practices of healing to reach out and connect to this incredible workshop. You owe it to yourself to connect and heal. It is an incredible journey, I invite you to explore with Hilary.
I moved into a new realm of experience and awareness with Hilary. The combination of guided meditation, contemplation, body awareness, movement and sound was a delicious and nutritive feast for my heart and mind. By tracing the emergence of my physical being into the world I feel more connected to the creative process that continues to create and recreate me every day. What a beautiful gift.
Throughout my work with Hilary I’ve increased my capacity to love myself, and feel the depths of gratitude as much as the depths of grief. I feel lighter, more at peace, kind, and gentle with myself, and in so much gratitude for my life. I’m really grateful for how she showed up and met me where I was, and for holding her own intuitive guidance, and allowing our ebbs and flows to go with the plan or veer off the tracks as needed. I am so grateful for being deeply held, seen, accepted, validated, and supported in my process, allowing an unfolding with ease and gentleness and curiosity in a nonjudgmental space to move, feel excited, and be!
Hilary holds a compassionate and responsibly shared space for learning, feeling, and experiencing a more integrative flow in relationship with our ancestors, the earth, her elements, and various layers of our human community – including the wild interconnected nature within!
Hilary holds a deeply authentic, grounded and generous human. I felt accepted and met right where I was with no judgment or expectations- safe. She shares powerful practices & tools, a way to live that connects us to ourselves, each other and the world and elements around us. I am grateful and inspired. Thank-you!
